The "new normal"....ever since 2020, we hear about it all the time.
Here is what I think we should all strive for as our “new normal”...
Never hit the snooze button.
Waking up with purpose and gratitude.
Focusing on what you have instead of what you don't have.
Not complaining or gossiping.
Not making excuses.
Not hiding in your comfort zone.
Make strength training and movement a priority.
Being mindful when you eat, so you never feel stuffed or bloated.
Getting enough quality sleep each night.
Spending more time outside.
Spending more time doing the things we love.
Watching and reading things that make you laugh more than things that elicit fear and anger.
Less arguing; more understanding.
More social connection.
Eating foods that are good for the body and improve your immune system instead of garbage.
Looking your fellow man/woman in the eye and giving a head nod instead of staring at the ground.
Spending time with people who make you or your life better.
Cutting out those who don't.
Let's start the week off right...let's go!
