Making Trades

I’ve learned people love to talk about diets and nutrition, but when it comes to making changes- crickets.

Maybe it is just human instinct to resist change.

Maybe it’s a lack of belief.

Maybe it’s fear of failure.

Maybe it’s the number one go-to excuse – “not enough time”.

Or maybe it’s just the fact that change requires work and talking is just a lot easier.

Now, if you are ready to put your words into action, a good place to start would be making trades.

  • Saying “yes” to a structured workout might mean saying “no” to an hour of social media.
  • Saying “yes” to controlling your portions and calories might mean saying “no” to eating out at restaurants so often.
  • Saying “yes” to a nutrition coaching program might mean saying “no” to the latest fad diet and your nephew Joey Biceps.
  • Saying “yes” to embracing change might mean you look at eating well and exercise as more than just a means to lose weight.

So, What are you prepared to say “yes” to?

What are you prepared to say “no” to?

You don’t have to change everything, but you do have to make compromises and a few better choices.

It’s your call. YOU decide.

Keep moving,

Coach Dom
