The Rules Change
The rules change as we age . When we are young (20’s and 30’s) a few intense strength training sessions, a little cardio and good nutrition can lead to fat loss and a pretty lean physique. Above 40, this doesn’t have the same effect. This is why exercise (movement) frequency becomes extremely important. And as the decades pass it becomes even more crucial.
