Shake Off Morning Stiffness with This One Exercise

Let’s face it, after a certain age we wake up with a little (or a lot) of stiffness. The body has been in a lying position for the last 5-8 hours, so it’s no surprise that something may be tight. Common tightness occurs in the:

  • Hips
  • Low back
  • Neck
  • Shoulders
  • Upper back

Once you get up on your feet and start moving, things slowly work themselves out. Instead of waiting, we can be proactive!
