I’m a wife and mom to two boys as well as a happy pet owner to two golden retrievers.
In 2008, when my second son was two years old, I decided to make the commitment to staying active on a regular basis. I love how a workout can boost my energy and mood.
I came to Breakthrough Fitness in 2015 as a member and two years later, grew into my role as a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I’m constantly learning and I love to share my previous experiences to help others on their path towards balanced health and fitness.
