Complete Personal Training
Using the principles of strength, conditioning, and our Controlled-Intensity Training (CIT) System, we create a customized program based off of your needs and wants. Your program will challenge you appropriately and evolve as your fitness improves.
During your Complete Personal Training Sessions, you’ll:
- Burn fat, build strength, improve your conditioning, and create a body that not only looks great, but moves well, handling everything life throws at you.
- Be coached in a semi-private environment. This simply means that you’ll be coached on your personal session along with other members receiving coaching as well. We like to keep our client to coach ratio of 3:1.
- Have access to ALL the tools in the training tool box! (Bikes, rowers, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, bodyweight, battle ropes, stability balls, bands and more!) Being a family owned business, we have the freedom to research and develop new training experiences weekly. No boredom, just results!
- Be coached and instructed on form throughout the duration of the workout.
- Be encouraged to push yourself to new limits.
- Work side-by-side with a tribe who shares your fitness goals!
The majority of our members want to lose fat, change the shape of their body, and be happy with the person they see in the mirror. This doesn’t happen through exercise alone.
Three things are intertwined for this type of change: Mindset (Think right), Nutrition (Eat Right), and Exercise (Move Right).
