If you’ve struggled with fitness, never been able to get a routine going, you’re intimidated by the typical gym, or you want a professional team of coaches overseeing your journey, I think you would be a great addition to our community.
As you explore the memberships below, please know we put great pride in our services and are not your typical gym.
The core of our membership is built off of coaching at every single workout, with the bulk of your training being in Semi-private training model.
What does that mean for you?
It means that you don’t just do random workouts, and you never workout on your own.
Each and every visit (you make your own schedule through our app) you’ll have a coach with you, taking you through your customized fitness routine.
That coach is also working with 3-4 other clients, so you get all the benefits of personal training, while sharing the cost of that hour with others. Plus, the social and energy benefits of other like-minded people surrounding you.
This model allows you to no longer walk into a gym and not know what to do, you show up and we’ll take care of the rest.
It also allows you to be under the direct supervision of our team of professional coaches. This assures not only supervised workouts, but as much motivation, accountability, and modifications as you need.
In addition to the Semi-private training workouts that combine both STRENGTH & SWEAT (CARDIO), we also include unlimited access to our group training sessions throughout the week, should you choose. These take place inside and online, all throughout the week.
We also know that whether it be because of convenience and flexibility or current safety precautions some people prefer to workout online.
We also know that a random fitness app or some generic workout videos don’t cut it.
That’s why we offer semi-private training from your home as well as a complete virtual fitness experience filled with daily workouts, live and on-demand, with a coach that you can access right for your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
We also know that sticking with it is really, really hard.
That’s why in addition to the supervised workouts we make sure you’re total experience is taken care of.
That includes monthly check-ins with a coach off the floor (STRATEGY Sessions).
These can be done in person or via phone and are used as an accountability, nutrition, and goal setting meeting. The coach reviews your progress with you, and together you create a STRATEGY or game plan for the following month.
We also have a private online community for our clients where we post daily tips, motivation, challenges, and use it as a digital support group for all of our clients.
Finally, we believe there is more to life than working out. Each and every month we publish an event calendar filled with everything from seminars and workshops to group socials and hikes.
