What is a Good Workout
A good workout is the one that gets done.
The one you dragged your ass out of bed before work for.
The one you find every excuse in the book to skip, but still show up.
The one that left you with a “good sore”.
The one that took place outside in the sunlight.
The one that has you upright, taking your body through all the wonderful movements it’s capable of doing.
The one that made you put your phone down for the last 45 minutes
The one that made you breathe heavy and your heart beat faster.
