Dominic Lucibello- Owner/Program Design Specialist/Fitness Coach

A passion for helping people led Dominic to open Breakthrough Fitness in 2010. His love for fitness originated in his youth, lifting weights to improve his athletic abilities. Dominic has a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Wellness from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through The National Strength and Conditioning Association and a level 1 USA Weightlifting Federation Coach. Dominic has devoted his life to helping his clients improve their fitness. To make sure he is providing the members of Breakthrough Fitness with the best programs, he attends seminars, reads books, listens to webinars and continues to learn through experience.

Brian Woods – Fitness coach and member service representative

Born and raised in western Montana, Brian grew up mountain biking in the summer and skiing in the winter. After high school he joined the Navy, went to nuclear power school and served as an electrician on the USS Nimitz in the Reactor Department. After 6 years of military life he moved to Portland Oregon with his wife. Eventually, having enough of the Pacific Northwest’s weather, Brian left his IT job and moved to sunny Florida. Brian joined BTF as a member in July 2012, dedicated to lose extra pounds he packed on from lack of movement and and too many sweets. Brian lost 15 lbs and found a passion for fitness. In December of 2012 Brian joined the BTF team as a fitness coach.

Sandy Bedont - Fitness Coach

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Sandy, along with her two sons have resided in Oviedo since 1998. She is a former P.E. and Cross Country Coach of Carillon Elementary. After teaching, Sandy began helping women change their bodies through fitness and nutrition. Sandy joined the BTF team in June, 2014, so she could help a greater number of women reach their goals. Sandy is a competitive figure and bodybuilding athlete. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with the her sons, relaxing on the beach, drawing and painting.
