Discipline Becomes Desire

I started strength training as a teenager to help with sports and put on muscle.

I fell in love with the personal challenge to push myself, the sense of accomplishment, and the discipline it took to get a workout done.

That discipline eventually became desire. Not doing it was no longer an option.

That’s our mission at Breakthrough Fitness - to help our clients turn their discipline into desire.

The majority of our clients are usually a 5-9 on a scale for ready, willing and able when they start with us. AKA - they aren’t so sure they can or want to do this, but they had enough discipline to ask for help.

Now it comes down to time, consistency, and the right intensity.

So, we’re going to meet our clients where they are physically and mentally and celebrate their progress.

We provide them an environment they feel welcomed and comfortable in.

We help them keep fitness and health top of mind the other 165 hours in a week we don’t see them.

We make the process enjoyable.

We care.

And hopefully the day comes when making time to exercise is non-negotiable for our clients, whether they are with us or their journey takes them on a different path.
