Only a few things really matter when it comes to your fitness and health.
Things change. Whether it’s the subtle changes that come with age or an injury, illness or failure, things won’t be the same as they were before.
I started strength training as a teenager to help with sports and put on muscle. I fell in love with the personal challenge to push myself, the sense of accomplishment, and the discipline it took to get a workout done. That discipline eventually became desire. Not doing it was no longer an option.
