You want to be a stronger, more fit version of yourself – Show Me.
You want to keep up with the grandchildren – Show Me.
You want to be a better role model for your children – Show Me.
Tonight we’ll be making resolutions.
Tomorrow we begin to demonstrate consistency on step one of whatever it is we want to improve. Once we master step one, we have earned the right to progress to the next step, getting us closer to our goal.
That’s the big question. What is step one? Where should you start?
Where ever you decide to start remember the words of Coach Domfucius or maybe it was Confucius who said, “It does not matter how slowly you go, so long as you do not stop.”
Let’s focus on getting a little better.
