Reducing frequency is a basic fundamental for good nutrition.

If you get relentless about cutting alcohol consumption in half, you’ll eliminate a bunch of useless calories, improve hormone function and probably sleep better.

You eat good all week, but the weekends are a freestyling good time. If you get relentless about making at least one weekend just like the rest of your week, you’ll see changes over a few months.

When you are sitting around watching TV after dinner and temptation for snacking calls, just hang up.

Don’t answer the call. Don’t argue. Don’t rationalize. Don’t justify.

Instead, be relentless and break the spell a couple times a week - Turn off the TV!

Go for a walk, turn on some music, read a book, go through a 10 minute stretch series like the one below.

Pick a couple things to improve, not with an all-or-nothing approach, but rather relentless execution a little more often.
