Physical activity keeps you from getting too comfortable, filling your life with clutter and unnecessary activities.
And comfort is a warm and enticing poison that will keep us from growing, learning and just trying to be a better person.
It’s time to do something physically hard everyday.
That something might be finally getting off the edge of the bed, putting on your shoes👟 and going for a walk.
Maybe it’s a challenging session with weights or a cardio session.
You know what hard is for you.
It’s time to stop saying you don’t have time.
