Simple Problem, Simple Solution
USDA data shows the average American consumes around 3,600 calories a day.
Most of us need somewhere around 2,000-2,500
The average American gets less than 20 minutes of physical activity a day…less than 4,500 steps a day.
For every calorie people are only taking 1.3 steps.
And here we are swapping seed oil for butter or beef tallow...
Corn syrup for cane sugar.
The extra 1,000+ calories per day is not coming from watermelon and carrots.
It’s coming from junk and alcohol.
There is nothing complex about the problem.
It’s a simple problem with a simple solution.
Less calories and more movement.
Extra calories are almost always coming from….
Eating out.
Wine, beer, booze and calorie-laden drinks.
Food consumption after 8pm
High fat, high carb packaged foods.
Change your habits around these four things, get off your ass more often and miraculously your health will improve.
